Referral Policy:

As a matter of policy, I do not provide previous client contact information, for privacy reasons. The value of such referrals is highly questionable anyway. Any home inspector who has completed well over 1,000 inspections could easily produce 2-3 clients willing to say the inspector is competent, even if that’s not really true.

Similar questions could be raised about the testimonials below, but I provide them in lieu of direct referrals because there are no privacy issues. These are only a few of the most recent unsolicited comments from clients and/or their agents:
