Arnold Home Inspections provides high quality, independent home inspections in the Philadelphia, Pennsylvania area, and is owned and operated by me, John Arnold. I am a certified member of The National Association of Home Inspectors, with the NAHI Certified Real Estate Inspector designation, a member of  NAHI-PA Southeast Chapter, and a 20 year Philadelphia resident. 

What does "independent" mean? I work only for you. Unlike some home inspectors, I do not engage in "pay to play" with real estate agents, or allow them to influence my inspections. And, I perform all home inspections personally.

Arnold Home Inspections is fully licensed (Philadelphia home inspector license #24362), insured and bonded, and exceeds the requirements of the Pennsylvania Home Inspection law (Act 114).

My job is to reduce your risk as much as possible in the purchase of your home. I encourage you to accompany me during the home inspection  so that I can answer your questions and explain how things work.

Your detailed, digital Home Inspection Report, complete with photos, is usually ready within 24 hours, to be emailed and/or accessed on the web.

I often spend three or more hours at the home inspection, and another two to three hours preparing the report. The most common comment I hear is "Thank you for being so thorough!".
